MOM-EES co-founder, Patti Clark uses her experience of more than 30 years in the personal and professional development seminar business to develop the foundational curriculum that is the basis of our family seminars.

Early on, she and her husband, Tom, created children's classes that included children who had been "labeled" hyperactive (on medication (ADD)), autistic and mentally handicapped. She then developed personal growth, self-esteem and leadership seminars for children and families, which have been conducted in the U.S. and abroad for several different seminar companies. She trains and certifies facilitators. Her work has strengthened thousands upon thousands of families.

Patti is a professional real estate agent in San Diego, California. She holds designations for Top Listing, Top Sales and Top Producer, Leading Edge Society and Masters Club. Patti and Tom are also real estate investors.

She lives in San Diego withTom, her husband of 37 years and their two young "angel" daughters, Jeanne and GeriEllen. They have two grown sons, Forrest and Chase, both raised with Playful Mastery life skills and concepts. Both sons are married: Forrest, with his wife, Tracy, have given Patti and Tom 4 grandsons: Tyler, Luke, Weston, and Drew; Chase and Katie are newlyweds. Patti and Tom are also very active in the Foster Family community and were foster parents to 5 special baby girls.

She says this "work" is indispensible for families, including her own. And "there's nothing like being with children, to learn about yourself, how clear and simple you must communicate, and how to stay playful, spontaneous, creative, adventurous ... and have FUN!"

MOM-EES co-founder, Maria Carter uses her experience of more than 16 years in the personal and professional development seminar business to lead the company. She has facilitated seminars with children, teens, women only, families, entrepreneurs and executives worldwide. Maria also adds her marketing and business experience with top organizations, such as America’s Cup, U.S. Olympic Training Center, Robert G. Allen and Mark Victor Hansen’s Enlightened Millionaire Institute, and OneCoach / John Assaraf of "The Secret." She’s a Certified Learning Consultant with Gateway Preparatory School, an accelerated learning curriculum system that dramatically increases learning skills--speed reading with increased comprehension, retention and recall; studying, testing and writing skills.

This prepares children to enter college and also helps reverse the 40% attrition rate of freshmen in college (students dropping out because they don't have adequate learning skills to keep up with college level reading, writing, and studying.)

Maria lives in San Diego with Michael, her husband of 25 years and "furry son," greyhound, Casey. They have two grown children, Nicole and Dominic, both raised with Playful Mastery life skills and concepts.

She says it hasn't all been easy raising them (because life happens), but is extremely grateful they all had the leadership, communications skills and the deep heart connection to deal with the challenges of life, faster, simpler, with tremendously less stress, and sometimes with miraculous results!
